If you are thinking of submitting the information, it is always advisable to communicate with the authorities once to ensure that the website is secure. If you receive a suspected E-mail that is containing any URL, do not even try to click on that URL, but instead of this you can simply type the URL yourself as there are many phishing schemes that create mimic URL’s to acquire a secure address. So, next time if you receive an E-mail that claims to provide you with any amount of refund and asks for your personal information, make sure that you do not get yourself into that as you are not going to gain anything from it.
